At Pearls of the Orient Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive an RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original silk pouch and luxury gift box, ensuring all security tags remain intact and attached.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our pearl specialists verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
